General
All items shown are subject to prior sale. All parts are new and in the original
packaging unless otherwise stated. Quantities shown on our web site are
accurate at the time of our last site update. All orders will be processed in the
order in which they are received and processing time may take 2-5 working
days depending upon our in-process backlog.
Payment Terms Accepted
All items are considered "for sale" until they are "sold" when full payment
including shipping is received and available. Accepted forms of immediate
payment are Paypal, Wire Transfer, Cashiers Checks, or Money Orders. All
payments must be in US dollars and verifiable in form. Credit Cards are
accepted provided they are processed through Paypal. In some cases we will
accept established company checks as payment, however, in these cases we
must wait until the bank(s) have cleared the check and funds become
available. All sales are first come first served so we do not hold items that
are awaiting payment or uncleared funds as this would be a disservice to our
cash paying customers. We do not ship or receive C.O.D.'s or Freight
Collect Shipments.
Return Policy
Returns will be accepted when returned within seven days, in the original
undamaged packaging. Full merchandise credit will be issued or under
certain conditions we may, at our discretion, refund the full price (less
shipping charges). The exchange / refund policy does not apply to cut to
length cable or special order items. These items are generally non-returnable.
